Participating organizations may include ACHD Overdose Prevention, ACHD Housing Program, DHS Drug & Alcohol, JADE Wellness, Three Rivers Youth, Positive Pathways, AHN Perinatal HOPE Program, Central Outreach Wellness Center, Allies for Health + Wellbeing, Onala Recovery Center, UPMC Internal Medicine Program, The Open Door, Pinnacle Treatment and Power.
