Allegheny County Residents: For security purposes, If you need to renew your library card or request a PIN number, please provide your library card number and date of birth in the space below. If you don’t know your library card number, please provide your full name, home address, and date of birth.

Out-of-County Residents: Pennsylvania residents who live outside of Allegheny County and are unable to visit a county library can email a picture of a photo ID with their current address to ACLA Library Staff to verify their card: acla@aclalibraries.org

Out-of-State Residents: Individuals who live outside of Pennsylvania must pay a $60 fee for a two-year access period. After registering, please visit the Out-of-State Library Card Portal to make the payment. Send the payment receipt and a picture of a photo ID with the current address to ACLA Library Staff for verification.
