Come join us for a cool hands-on experience. Learn how to sew your own book using a stab binding technique commonly known as “Japanese binding,” and view examples from CLP Special Collections. This unique method features beautiful, exposed stitching patterns on the spine. We will provide you with all the materials you will need to enjoy an evening of bookmaking with us. This program will take place in the Third Floor Conference Room of the Main library.
