Family & Local History Programs
The Family & Local History Department offers a variety of programs designed to help genealogists use the many tools available to them, and to tell unique stories from Pittsburgh’s past. Local HIstory Day (fall) and Genealogy Day (early spring) bring together archives, historical societies, libraries, and genealogy societies to introduce them to new audiences.
