Learn to paint clothing, using basic techniques and concepts to create wearable, washable art. Use brushwork and acrylic paint to customize a free tote bag, or bring your own clothes.

This Teen Time program will help teens learn about trailblazer Alma Woodsey Thomas and her powerful form of abstract painting. Teens will be encouraged to take inspiration from their own experiences, environment, and feelings to create a painting using a similar art style.
