Our post-conviction relief clinics are an opportunity to work with the public defender’s Project Reset Team. We can provide one on one client consultations regarding criminal record clearing for cases that were adjudicated in Allegheny County. We also can explain the differences between using expungement, pardon, sealing, and vacatur to clear a criminal record.
