Join us for stories, songs and action rhymes. During this 30 minute program, families will meet new friends and develop early literacy skills. For children ages birth to five years and their caregivers.
The Library is the place to be! Kids Club programs may include crafts, games, books, technology and more. Meet new friends, hang out with old friends and try something new. For kids in grades K-5.
Learn the basics of staying safe and secure while using the internet for everyday activities like browsing websites, checking your email, or making purchases. We will review the CIPA and NCIPA legislation and how the library uses filtering to keep minors safe online.
To celebrate the 250th anniversary of the United States, this Kids Club will focus on the power of community, and the role strong communities play in our nation. Kids will explore how change starts locally and learn how being a good neighbor can help create positive change. Children will create a little town by designing a building to add. This event is part of America250PA programming.

Children will learn about CLP’s LAMP (Library of Accessible Media for Pennsylvanians) location and how staff makes reading and art accessible for patrons with disabilities. They will also learn about braille and how to create tactile art that those with visual impairments will be able to appreciate.
