Get creative in our workshop led by CLP Special Collections staff and learn how books are/were made. Plus, see rare books up close and decorate your own handmade book. Materials will be provided. The workshop takes place in the 3rd floor conference room.Â
Learn about archaeological theory and practice and the archaeological record of Western Pennsylvania. Can you identify the difference between a rock and a hammer stone? Learn how American Indians created stone tools like projectile points and net sinkers. Hands-on exploration of artifacts and activities are part of this program. For children.
