Navigating housing court can be an overwhelming experience for both landlords and tenants. This session takes a closer look at the duties expected of both parties and how to seek recourse if those obligations fall through. We will discuss how a case gets started, what actually happens inside the courtroom, and the evidence you need to prepare for a successful hearing.

This class will take place online or can be watched via livesteam in person at CLP Main in the JCEC room. To register for the class, please visit the Pennsylvania for Modern Court’s website here.

Please note: By clicking on the registration link for this program, you will be leaving a Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh-managed website. CLP is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external registration platforms.
