Bethany Spina
Bethany has worked in public libraries since 2016, beginning as a clerk at CLP-Knoxville. After years focused primarily on teen services, she earned her MLIS from PennWest University and became Library Services Manager of the historic CLP-West End in 2024. Bethany believes deeply in equitable access to information and in fostering a welcoming library that responds to community needs. She would also be remiss not to mention West End’s legendary annual Halloween party. If you’re reading this, you’re invited!
