Ian Eberhardt
A former storyteller, Ian Eberhardt has worked at Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh for approaching 25 years. He started his career as a children’s and teen librarian where he visited schools and early childhood centers across Knoxville, the Hill District and Homewood. Since 2013, he has worked as a Library Services Manager at Sheraden, Knoxville, and now Woods Run. Ian lives in the Woods Run area; when not at the library, he can be seen running through local streets and parks. He believes in the library’s power to transform and enrich the lives of the customers that frequent it; and of the library’s role as a community anchor where all are welcome.
