Dr. Deborah Rogers leads Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh’s efforts to advance inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility (IDEA) throughout the organization and the communities it serves. She works collaboratively across departments to ensure equitable access to library services and to embed IDEA practices into everyday decision-making. Deborah views this work as an ongoing commitment, one rooted in listening, learning and building meaningful connections that help every neighbor feel welcomed, represented and empowered.
