Dominic Tiberio leads Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh’s Information Technology team and efforts helping to guide the organization’s technology strategy, infrastructure, and digital services. His work spans strategic planning, cybersecurity, cloud and systems modernization, budgeting, vendor management, and the implementation of technology that supports both library staff and the communities they serve. Throughout his career, Dominic has focused on making technology practical, reliable, and sustainable while using innovation to improve services, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
